SHIPPING POLICY

As all purchases are made to order we aim to produce and dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days, unless notified otherwise, via the option selected at checkout. In peak periods or sudden surges in customer orders this may be extended to 10 working days. While we do not offer next-day delivery/collection we always aim to create and dispatch customer orders as soon as possible.

When your order is dispatched you will receive your order tracking information via the e-mail address entered at checkout.

We use Royal Mail, or DPD for all shipping and as such, when services are not operating (E.g. Industrial Action, Public Holidays, or other events) in the days immediately following receipt of your dispatch e-mail, you may experience a short, unexpected delay in receiving your item. While this is outside of our control, we always aim to dispatch and get your item to you as soon as physically possible.
